Summary:
Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2 gallery images with Microsoft 365 apps will soon include the new Teams version, replacing Teams (classic). The update is expected by the last week of May. No immediate action is required, but admins should be aware and prepare for the change.

Details:
Currently, Windows 365 gallery images with preinstalled Microsoft 365 apps feature Teams (classic). In an upcoming update of our gallery images, this version of Teams will be replaced with new Teams, therefore any newly provisioned devices from these images will exclusively feature new Teams.
