Microsoft Teams Live Events is replaced by a Teams Town Hall that allows users to create live events built on the meeting infrastructure. Town Hall will be backed by new Microsoft Graph application programming interfaces (APIs) that we expect to release at the end of May, 2024. These new Graph Town Hall APIs will help organizations programmatically do the following:
Get, create, update, publish, and cancel Town Halls.
Get and list Town Hall sessions.
Get, list, create, and delete Town Hall presenters.
Create or update Town Hall presenter profile photos.
