To ensure that your icon renders properly, please pick one that fits into the size range of - 92 x 92px to 92 x 288px (height x width) and avoid icons with 92px height and width < 92px Add/update background/hero image If you use the Viva home experience as your default experience, you might have added a custom image that shows up in the top half of your desktop. The area you select for desktop will be scaled down and shown in mobile and tablet screens.
