2023-03-15MC How AffectAdmins can configure DLP policies in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal to define policy tips that appear for users when they attempt to send email messages that include a sensitivity label on the email or attachment. Once configured, when a user attempts an action that triggers the DLP policy rule, a pop-up will appear containing a policy tip, including warning the user their message contains sensitive content, requesting the user provide justification for the action, or alerting the user that their action is blocked by policy rules.Admins can configure DLP policies in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal to define policy tips that appear for users when they attempt to send email messages that include a sensitivity label on the email or attachment. Once configured, when a user attempts to send the email, a pop-up will appear containing a policy tip, including warning the user their message contains sensitive content, requesting the user provide justification for the action, or alerting the user that their action is blocked by policy rules.
