[Introduction]
Outlook for iOS and Android is adding support for recommended and automatically applied sensitivity labels when you compose an email on your mobile device. With this release, we are extending Recommended Labels to Outlook mobile (iOS and Android), providing the same labeling experience users already have in Outlook on the desktop and web. For recommended labels, you'll see a prompt to review and apply the suggested label. For automatic labels, they will be applied without needing any action from you. This ensures alignment with your organization's Microsoft Purview Information Protection labeling policies when sensitive information is detected.
This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap IDs 557253 and 557254.
