Details:

Microsoft Teams is making design improvements to meeting invites to ensure important information is visible and grouped together. The update will make it easier for users to find information about joining the meeting and will move options relevant to organizers to a separate section. The rollout will begin mid-February 2024 and is expected to be completed by late April 2024. Users may consider updating internal documentation to inform users about the improvement.
Updated April 19, 2024: We have updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.
Meeting invite is the first thing that the user invited to the meeting sees before joining. We are making some design improvements to make sure we have the most important information there and it's better grouped.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 366447
[When this will happen:]

General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High and DoD): We will begin rolling out mid-February 2024 and expect to complete by late April 2024 (previously early April).
