Opportunities**
Enhanced User Experience through Automated Scheduling
The introduction of automatic rescheduling for 1:1 meetings can significantly enhance user experience by reducing the time spent on manual coordination. This is particularly beneficial for users who have recurring meetings that are flexible in timing, as it minimizes scheduling conflicts and allows for more efficient use of time.
- next-steps: Communicate the new feature to users and provide training on how to set their rescheduling preferences effectively. Create a user guide or video tutorial to demonstrate the feature's benefits and usage.
- roles: Project Managers, Team Leaders, Human Resources Managers

Increased Productivity by Reducing Scheduling Conflicts
By allowing Copilot to automatically handle scheduling conflicts, employees can focus more on their core tasks rather than spending time on coordinating meetings. This can lead to increased overall productivity within teams, especially for roles that rely heavily on collaboration and communication.
- next-steps: Monitor the adoption rate of the feature among users and gather feedback on its effectiveness. Use this feedback to make further enhancements or adjustments to internal scheduling policies if necessary.
- roles: Sales Teams, Consultants, Executives

Streamlined IT Operations through Reduced Support Requests
With Copilot handling scheduling conflicts automatically, there may be a decrease in support requests related to calendar management and scheduling issues. This can free up IT resources to focus on more critical tasks and improve overall IT service efficiency.
- next-steps: Track the volume of support requests related to calendar issues before and after the feature rollout. Use this data to assess the impact on IT workload and consider reallocating resources to other IT projects or support areas.
- roles: IT Support Teams, System Administrators, Operations Managers
