When a user's prompt indicates a strong intent to draft an email (such as "Draft an email to my team thanking them for their hard work on Project K"), the button will appear. Clicking it will open Outlook with a pre-populated draft email, including subject and body fields.
This feature is available to all users licensed with Microsoft 365 Copilot, with no need for additional licenses or add-ons.
