Summary:
Windows 365 has added a new required endpoint, hm-iot-in-4-prod-prna01.azure-devices.net (TCP ports 443 & 5671 outbound), to enhance the scalability of its service. Customers must add this endpoint to their network allow list on any firewall and internet egress paths before April 28, 2024, to prevent any problems when provisioning new Cloud PCs or during Azure Network Connection (ANC) health checks. ANC health checks will start to show a warning if the endpoint is not reachable, and these checks will begin to issue a warning starting in April 2024.
