Outlook Preview will have an updated "Open Microsoft 365" button to help users edit PDF files received on Outlook through the Microsoft 365 for mobile app. The rollout will begin mid-January 2024 and end early March 2024. iOS users will now be able to edit PDF files through their previewer in Outlook. Users will need to install the Microsoft 365 app if it is not already installed on their device. Organizations should notify their users about this change and update relevant documentation.
