Teams Admin Center will soon have a 'Click-to-Chat' feature enabling private group chats with a limited set of third-party Teams app publishers. Admins can communicate directly with app publishers to assess whether an app will meet their business needs. Rollout will begin late November and will complete by early April 2024. No action is required if external communications are already enabled.
