This is a follow up to MC452241 (October '22), based on feedback from our early customers, we made the decision to pause the rollout and make additional changes before we proceeded. We are ready to proceed and the updated timeline is below. Thank you for your patience.
Users can now print directly from Excel for the web to the organization’s printers with Universal Print.>

Integrating Universal Print into Excel for the web gives authenticated users a new in-app print experience to search for and print to available printers in their organization. They can do that on any device with Edge or Chrome browsers without installing the printer. For more information on Universal Print visit
