We are retiring the ability to trigger Alerts/SMS content messages through the Defender for Cloud Apps portal. Instead, we recommend the utilization of Microsoft Power Automate, which is where we will continue to invest our development resources.

We'll be gradually rolling this out to tenants that are not using this feature in October, and the roll out will be completed for all customers in late-November.
