Details:
To make calling more discoverable in Microsoft Teams, users that have Voice over IP enabled will now see the Calls App in the App bar on Desktop and Web Clients. There is no change in available functionality for existing users or their calling policy configurations.
This feature has been previously discussed in MC149373 and MC171414.
