Copilot highlights in Viva Glint provides AI‑generated, structured summaries of employee survey results directly within supported Glint reports. The feature appears as a collapsible card at the top of the report and surfaces key insights-including strengths, opportunities, team‑level differences, and trends-to help managers and leaders move from data to action faster. Copilot highlights will be automatically available for users who have access to Copilot in Viva Glint, with no additional configuration required.
