Introduction
To help organizations better understand how Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is being used-especially by users without Copilot licenses-we're introducing new usage intensity metrics in the Microsoft 365 admin center. These metrics provide visibility into prompt activity and engagement across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote, enabling admins to track adoption and usage trends more effectively.
