Details:
Share to Teams now supports App based Link Unfurling. Now if a user uses 'Share to Teams' module to share a link which supports App based Link Unfurling,
1) the link will unfurl into an Adaptive Card if the App is already installed for the user.
2) the user will be prompted to install the App if not already installed for the user.
