In this scenario, the "built-in SharePoint agent" is like a special assistant who helps you and your team access and manage the information stored in SharePoint. This assistant was supposed to be shared with another team that works in a different office, which we'll call Teams. Teams is like a separate building where people collaborate on different projects.

The plan was to allow this special assistant to work in both the SharePoint office and the Teams building, making it easier for everyone to access the same information without having to go back and forth between the two locations.
