This feature is being removed from the roadmap and will be republished when an update is available. The current Collaborative Annotations experience in Microsoft Teams only allows screen sharers to initiate and stop Annotations. We are extending this functionality where all participants in the meeting can now initiate and stop Annotations from their U-bar. The sharer and the participants in the meeting will be notified if a participant-initiated Annotations.
