Microsoft 365 is updating its app launcher for web apps, with a modern look, app search, consistency, quick creation options, and a suite-wide approach. The rollout will begin in March 2024 and end in June 2024, with no action needed from users or admins to prepare. The documents section showing a short list of recently accessed documents will be removed.

Worldwide: We will begin rolling out to Worldwide in early April 2024 and expect to complete by late June 2024.
