Details:

We have detected an issue within your Microsoft Power Automate instance that we need your help to resolve.

Description:
We have detected that your environment contains one or more non-compliant flows. The following flows will be suspended if action is not taken by the listed dates:

Premium flows without a premium license:
Flows using premium features (premium connectors/custom connectors/HTTP connectors/On premise gateway/Business process flows) without a premium Power Automate license (Power Automate per user/Power Automate per flow license). This can happen because of the following reasons:
Flows created by users who previously had trials/premium licenses that expired.
Flows created by users who left the organization.
Makers will start receiving notifications starting on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. If no action is taken, the flows will be turned off. This suspension will be rolled out starting on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. Newly created or edited premium flows without a premium license will be saved but turned off. Once a license is assigned to the owner/flow, the flow can be turned on.

Premium out-of-context flows created by a Power Apps licensed user:
Power Apps licenses include a limited set of Power Automate capabilities that allow the users to run flows in context of the Power App. The cloud flow must either use a Power Apps trigger/action or connect to any data source used by the Power App (see Power Automate use rights included with Power Apps licenses section in the Microsoft Power Platform Licensing Guide for details). Flows triggered from a Power App are automatically considered in context. For automated and scheduled cloud flows created to support the app and in context of the app, link the flow to the app using a PowerShell script. Starting Tuesday, July 18, 2023, makers can link their flows to an app from Power Automate portal. For cloud flows that are out of context of a Power App, assign Power Automate licenses. Makers will start receiving notifications starting on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. If no action is taken, the flows will be turned off on Monday, October 16, 2023. Newly created and edited premium flows without a premium license will be saved but turned off. Once a license is assigned to the owner/flow, the flow can be turned on.

Premium out-of-context flows created by a Dynamics 365 licensed user:
Dynamics 365 licenses include a limited set of Power Automate capabilities that allow the users to run flows that are in context of the Dynamics 365 App. The cloud flow must connect to any data source used by the Dynamics 365 app (see Dynamics use rights included with Power Apps licenses section in the Microsoft Power Platform Licensing Guide for details). Flows connecting to Dynamics entities using Dataverse/first party connectors are automatically considered in context. For automated and scheduled cloud flows created to support the app and in context of the app, link the flow to the app using a PowerShell script. Starting on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, makers can link their flows to an app from the Power Automate portal. For cloud flows that are out of context of a Dynamics app, assign Power Automate licenses. Makers will start receiving notifications starting Tuesday, July 18, 2023. If no action is taken, the flows will be turned off on Monday, October 16, 2023. Newly created and edited premium flows without a premium license will be saved but turned off. Once a license is assigned to the owner/flow, the flow can be turned on.
