Details:

We shared in MC217827 that we have maintenance involving downtime planned for your account. During this maintenance we will be making improvements to incorporate disaster recovery resilience into our infrastructure. This is a step towards ultimately making Intune more resilient to single datacenter outages. There is action required on your part at this time, to ensure that the Intune service continues to operate as expected after the maintenance. This maintenance will take place:
Starting: Saturday July 18, 2020, 18:00 UTC
Ending: Saturday July 18, 2020, 22:00 UTC
How does this affect me?
This downtime will impact "https://portal.azure.com/" Intune on Azure, "https://endpoint.microsoft.com/" Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center, and "https://intuneeducation.portal.azure.com/" Intune for Education. During this downtime, you’ll be able to login to these portals, but you will not be able to make any admin changes. We recommend not logging in to Intune during downtime, since data and reports may not be accurately displayed. Services, for example, device check in, enrollment and app installation will not be available in the console. End users will not be able to access the Company Portal or enroll their device during this time. You shouldn’t plan to make any updates or changes during this maintenance window.
If you have any firewall rules configured, they'll need to be altered to include the new IP address, prior to the downtime.
What do I need to do to prepare for this change?
Update your existing firewall rules if any. Click Additional Information for more details on Network endpoints for Intune. You will find additional IP addresses listed under the domain “*.manage.microsoft.com”. These will need to be included in your firewall rules.
This maintenance is being planned outside of normal business hours, to help minimize any impact to your organization. We apologize for the impact this may have on your users. We are working hard to improve Intune, to minimize these maintenance windows.
