Microsoft is aware users in the China region are experiencing issues dialing into Skype for Business/Teams conference IDs at this time. We have been carefully evaluating reports of these issues, however our data, as well as our partners in the region, point to the problem being external of systems under our control. The issue is likely with local mobile and telephony carriers. We continue to monitor and engage with our partners. To help us with this investigation, we ask you provide us additional reports of issues, being sure to include the following information: exact time of call Conference bridge number dialed Caller phone network Caller Phone Number We understand due to events within the region, there is an increased need for users within China to use conference services. With this being the case, we wanted to provide additional guidance users may take if they encounter issues when dialing into a meeting: Users can IM, Email or Text users within the meeting to have the SfB/Teams Meeting call them - OR - Users can leverage the desktop or mobile client to join the meeting via VoIP - OR - Manually (via client) request the service to call to their mobile or landline number. We understand the importance of this issue and will continue to work towards improving the situation for our customers.
