Previously, we have had a role available in the Microsoft 365 admin center called ?Password admin.? This role allows a user to reset passwords, manage support tickets, and monitor service health. In order to better reflect the intent of this role, we have renamed this role to ?Helpdesk admin.? This now matches how the role is displayed in the Azure Active Directory admin center. The functionality of the role remains the same.
