Starting mid-March to early April 2026, Microsoft 365 profile cards will display an Awards and Certifications section showing title, issuer, and details for recent entries. This read-only feature appears only if these properties are populated in user profiles; no action is needed if unused.

We're launching a user experience (UX) update that displays existing Awards and Certifications properties from Microsoft 365 profile schema on users' profile cards.
