Now, this service is changing its name to "Viva Engage," and it's like they've moved to a new building with a new address. This means that the return address on all their letters will change from "@yammer.com" to "@engage.mail.microsoft."

For organizations in the U.S., this is like moving from a post office in one city to another, while for those in the EU, it's like moving within the same city but to a different street. The new addresses will be "@engage.mail.microsoft" for the U.S. and "@eu.engage.mail.microsoft" for the EU.

Additionally, to make sure each letter is correctly delivered to the right department within your organization, the new address will include a specific prefix related to your organization, like "fabrikam" if your organization is called Fabrikam. So, emails might come from addresses like "noreply_fabrikam@engage.mail.microsoft."
