Imagine you have a personal assistant who helps you organize your work. This assistant keeps track of your notes, meetings, and important documents all in one place. Now, imagine that this assistant is available not just at your office desk but also when you're on the move, whether you're using your phone or tablet. This is similar to what Microsoft is doing with Copilot Notebooks on their mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Previously, Copilot Notebooks were only accessible through the web version of Microsoft 365. Now, they're bringing this feature to mobile devices, which means you can access your organized workspace wherever you are. It's like having your office assistant in your pocket, ready to help you with your tasks anytime.
With this update, you can open existing notebooks that you created on your computer, start new conversations within those notebooks, and access various pages and references stored in them. It's a bit like having a digital binder that updates itself with new information as your projects evolve.
The rollout for this feature will start in mid-June 2025 and is expected to be completed by mid-August 2025. For those with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, this feature will be automatically available, so there's no need for any additional setup. You might want to let your team know about this new capability so they can take advantage of it and continue their work seamlessly across different devices.
Think of it as an enhancement to your mobile productivity, allowing you to leverage AI-powered insights and references wherever you are, much like having a smart assistant who knows exactly what you need, when you need it.
