Details:

Intune recently came across a known issue related to Intune-managed passcode removal on iOS 13+ devices. During enrollment, we are finding that around 1% of devices Intune enrolled with iOS 13+ do not return the token needed to allow a passcode reset. Therefore, Intune cannot reset the passcode on these devices, either through Microsoft Endpoint Manager Intune admin UI under "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/remote-actions/device-passcode-reset#remove-ios-passcodes" Remove passcode setting or by the end user Reset Passcode setting at "https://nam06.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fportal.manage.microsoft.com%2Fdata=04%7C01%7Ccacamp%40microsoft.com%7C5531bd5bd8444cabb04908d7af23a319%7C72f988bf86f141af91ab2d7cd011db47%7C1%7C0%7C637170439918643081%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C-1sdata=vh3Hw7dZVqiTii1tiOPseTjgivGME0Pv9p%2FSiW5323g%3Dreserved=0" https://portal.manage.microsoft.com.
