Details:
Dynamic Emergency Calling is a feature of Microsoft Teams Phone System. It uses the caller’s current location to route to a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), a call center operated by the local government. The first release was for support with Microsoft Calling Plans. This is the second release which adds support for Direct Routing. Please note that configurations will differ based on local laws governing emergency calling. Please check with your local agencies for specifics.
