Communication Compliance introduces the ability for an investigator to resolve every instance of a message across all policies with one Resolve action. Customers with several active policies may see the same message captured as a policy match in more than 1 policy: Instead of an investigator Resolving the same message multiple times, Cross Policy Remediation allows investigators to resolve every instance of that message at once.
