Details:

This policy change improves accessibility of Microsoft products by enabling closed captions for Live Event attendees participating in any Live Event hosted by the tenant. However, the event scheduler can disable the feature, although that would negatively impact application accessibility. This policy enables a CC button for attendees; closed captioning is not turned on by default. An attendee who wishes to view closed captions will need to activate the feature by clicking the CC button
