Users will have the option to enable language sync between their accounts and the new Outlook for Windows and web clients. The option can be found in Settings in those clients, once enabled it will sync the language a user has set in "MyAccount" with the Outlook clients mentioned. This means, the language that a user has set in "MyAccount" will start to be used in Outlook. This feature will be off by default and users can choose to opt-in.
