Details:

We will retire the video Record feature from the Microsoft 365 Copilot mobile app for Android and iOS starting March 17, 2025, and ending March 31, 2025. Instead, we recommend using the device's video recording feature.
After the retirement, users will no longer be able to record new videos from the Capture tab but will be able to view and access videos that they have already recorded and saved in their Microsoft OneDrive account or on their device.

This retirement will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation.
