To help you gauge the number of people in your organization who are technically eligible for Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, the Copilot for Microsoft 365 Usage report within the Microsoft 365 admin center includes a metric labelled "Users on an eligible update channel." This metric represents the total number of users enrolled in the Current Channel or Monthly Enterprise Channel for app updates in your organization who can be assigned a Copilot license. We will be updating the logic for this metric to better reflect the number of users on an eligible update channel. Specifically, the logic for this metric will include the following criteria:
