Frontline managers now have the power to manage shift information visibility for their employees through the newly available privacy controls in Shifts settings. Here's what this feature includes: Team Shifts View: Managers can enable or disable the Team Shifts View, giving frontline workers the ability (or not) to see their co-workers' shifts. Limited Past Views: Managers can restrict how far back frontline workers can view their co-workers' schedules, ensuring historical data privacy. Generic Time Off View: Frontline workers can see their co-workers' time off in a generic way, without viewing the specific reasons and notes.
