A new Windows update is available to address a known issue for Israel's Daylight Saving Time (DST). The issue affects events scheduled for March 2024 and onwards. The fix is available in the non-security preview update released on August 22, 2023 for the 20H2 and newer versions of Windows 10 and Windows 11. All other supported Windows versions will receive the update as part of the September 2023 monthly quality update scheduled for September 12, 2023. When will this happen:
August 22, 2023: The DST fix is available for Windows 10 and Windows 11, versions 20H2, 21H2, and 22H2.
September 12, 2023: The DST fix will be available for all other supported Windows versions.
March 2024 onward: The events in Israel require this fix to be set correctly.
