Updated June 20, 2023: We have updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.
With this update Microsoft EHR connector will be able to track each individual disconnect when a guest leaves the initial lobby after joining a Microsoft Teams EHR Connector virtual visit via Teams. Until now the disconnect signal was not being sent to Epic to show a guest has left the meeting from initial Lobby. This was only happening in v1.1 or v1.2 of the Microsoft Teams EHR Connector.
[When this will happen:]
Standard Release: We will begin rolling out mid-July (previously mid-June) and expect to complete by early August (previously late June).
