Beginning mid-March, we are improving the experience of managing self-service trials by providing admins with the ability to receive license requests from Power Apps users in your organization. Once a request is submitted by a user, you will see a notification on the Microsoft 365 admin center home page.
To access the license request page in the admin center, go to the Billing > Licenses page, then select the Requests tab. Multiple requests can be approved/rejected at once. [When this will happen:]
This will begin rolling out in mid-March and expect to complete by late March.
