As announced in November 2022 (MC455898), we've recently retired the Reports page from the Microsoft Purview compliance portal. Beginning in early February, we're retiring legacy Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention reporting cmdlets.

Going forward, data currently available via the Get-DlpIncidentDetailReport cmdlet can be downloaded through Activity Explorer.
