As mentioned in MC301050, we recently announced a new role-based access control (RBAC) permission Mobile apps / Relate that allows you to manage relationships with managed apps that use supersedence and dependency features. This permission will be required when creating or editing Win32 app supersedence or dependencies starting on February 10, 2022.
