Updated July 20, 2020: We are updating both the rollout schedule and details of suggested replies for customers with email conversations in French. Suggested replies in French is being made available both to customers with mailboxes in Europe as well as customers in North America. The rollout to Italian customers is complete as originally described below.Outlook on the web is adding support for suggested replies in French and Italian for customers with mailboxes in Europe. When users who have their mailboxes in Europe have a conversation in Outlook on the web in French or Italian, they will see suggested replies in that language.
