As previously announced in MC193482 , October 2019, we will begin retiring the old ZapEnabled parameter in the HostedContentFilterPolicy cmdlets as now Spam and Phish ZAP are configured by two new parameters, SpamZapEnabled and PhishZapEnabled. The ZapEnabled parameter will be retired world wide by March 1, 2020.
