We have discovered an issue that affects PowerApps users on devices that run iOS (iPad, iPhone). While using the app, users may receive a survey dialog that cannot be dismissed and will leave a blank window hovering over the application.
We have developed a fix for this issue and have submitted an updated PowerApps app to the iOS App store for approval. We expect this updated app to be available by Tuesday, July 23, 2019.
