Microsoft 365 Copilot in Outlook can now take action directly in your inbox by generating draft emails, creating and managing rules, as well as supporting many more triage actions.
[What's Changing]
Opening Copilot Chat in Outlook will enable Copilot to take actions in the user's inbox default (Frontier only). Users can choose to toggle back to the chat-only Copilot experience via the "default mode" dropdown just above the prompt box.
