Opportunities**

Enhanced Data Control and Compliance
The introduction of the 'Enterprise AI apps' category in collection policies allows organizations to better manage and control data signals from AI applications. This can lead to improved compliance with local regulations and data protection laws, reducing the risk of data breaches and fines.
   - next-steps: Review current data governance policies and integrate the new collection policies for AI apps. Train IT staff on the new compliance features and assess current AI applications in use.
   - roles: Compliance Officer, Data Protection Officer, IT Manager

Noise Reduction in Data Collection
By implementing targeted collection policies, organizations can filter out irrelevant signals and user activities, leading to more efficient data management. This will help IT departments focus on critical data, enhancing operational efficiency.
   - next-steps: Analyze existing data collection processes to identify noise and irrelevant data. Configure the new collection policies to reduce unnecessary data ingestion.
   - roles: Data Analyst, IT Operations Manager, System Administrator

Cost Management through Optimized Resource Usage
The ability to fine-tune data collection can lead to more efficient use of Azure resources, potentially reducing costs associated with data storage and processing. Organizations can avoid unnecessary pay-as-you-go charges by limiting data ingestion to only what's essential.
   - next-steps: Evaluate current Azure usage and costs related to data ingestion. Set up the new collection policies to align with business needs and budget constraints.
