summary for non-techies**

Microsoft is introducing a feature in March 2025 that allows users of the Microsoft Authenticator app and Microsoft Authenticator Lite to refresh notifications by swiping down if they don't receive a sign-in request promptly, enhancing the sign-in experience on iOS and Android devices.

Direct effects for Operations**

User Sign-in Experience
Users may experience confusion and frustration due to the lack of prior notification about the new sign-in message and functionality, leading to potential delays in accessing their accounts.
