Summary:
Microsoft 365 admins can deploy their Frontline Operational hierarchy in the Teams Admin Center, enabling them to map their organization's structure of frontline teams/locations to a hierarchy. Admins can define metadata for each team/location, which will enable numerous frontline apps and experiences in the future. The rollout of this feature will be completed in late March 2024 in the Teams Admin Center. Admins can upload a CSV on the Teams Admin Center that defines the operational hierarchy of the organization and define metadata for each location. They should start reading documentation about how to deploy their frontline operational hierarchy.
