The new information panel in Answers helps you provide bespoke guidance to your employees to support their use of Answers in your organization. This feature is only visible to administrators until the content is saved and published, then all licensed users of Answers will be able to see the information panel. Consider publishing getting started guidance, key contacts and links to help your employees get the most out of their experience using Answers.
Note: Answers in Viva is available to licensed Viva Suite customers and/or licensed Viva Topics customers. For Answers to be enabled, customer tenants will need to be in Native Mode and require Yammer topics being migrated to Viva Topics.
