We are providing a tailored experience for frontline workers in Teams! With this feature users with an F license (Microsoft 365 F1, Microsoft 365 F3, Office 365 F3) will get frontline worker apps such as Tasks, Shifts, and Walkie Talkie pinned out of the box. Organizations can further configure the apps pinned, but this feature provides a foundation for a Teams environment purpose-built for frontline workers.
