Details:

As a security improvement, the "https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/active-directory/develop/v2-oauth2-device-code">device code flow has been updated to include an additional prompt when a user signs into an app. The addition of this prompt is to confirm that the user is signing into the app in which they intend to, to help prevent "https://docs.microsoft.com/windows/security/threat-protection/intelligence/phishing">phishing attacks.

How does this affect me?

Starting June 2021, users will see this prompt when signing in using the device code flow. As a security measure, it cannot be removed or bypassed. You can view "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/reference-breaking-changes#the-device-code-flow-ux-will-now-include-an-app-confirmation-prompt">this article for more information.
